Our Staff

Owner and Chef Nick Gavrilides is a Lansing native who developed his talent in local restaurants and brings an East Coast flare to his cuisine. He and his lovely wife Dana and two beautiful children are proud Lansing East Siders and have always dreamed about bringing fine, fresh food to the neighborhood. Chef Nick supports locally owned and operated businesses and proudly uses the freshest ingredients for his scratch cookery.
